Group Training

Training with a group is more fun & makes it affordable for everyone in the group!  We mix it up by cross training with a number of different training styles. Resistance, functional, cardiovascular, agility, endurance, plyometrics, TRX suspension training, and more! We’ll track your progress and teach you the correct form so you can avoid injury and “Bcome” more effective with the time you spend in the gym!

  • 90 day program and includes 2 group sessions per week!
  • Choose the time slot that works for you!

Slots are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.

Personal Training

 Work with a certified personal trainer one-on-one!  A personalized program will be customized  for you and created with your individual needs and special considerations in mind. A Full body analysis and tracking along the way will help you to see solid results!

Buddy Training

Allows for 2 to 3 people in a session training together.  Your certified personal trainer will customize a program to fit the needs of you and your training buddy.  Training with friends provides extra support and motivation for each other, and it sure is a lot of fun!  Full Body analysis and tracking also included for you and your buddy.
