HAPPY FRIDAY, FITNESS FRIENDS!! Gotta Total Body HIIT Workout comin at ya! There are two exercises in each set.  One is a cardio move, and the other is a strength exercise.  Complete 30 seconds of both exercises back to back.  Repeat 2 more times for a total of three times through each set.  Then, moving clockwise, move on to the next set of exercises. Work hard.  Push hard.  But rest when you absolutely need to. WHEW! It’s gonna be a sweaty good time! Let us know if you try it! Have a safe and great weekend!!
