No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Breakfast Bars!  Yum!!

Shout Out to one of our members Rebecca Reimann for this weeks Tasty Tuesday!  These Peanut Butter Cup Breakfast Bars are absolutely to die for!  If you joined us for our Halloween Kangoo Glow Party then you got to sample these delicious morsels.

A quick tip that you won’t find in the recipe….add 1-2 Tbsp of Nutritional Yeast to the protein fudge layer for a more realistic “Reese’s Peanut butter Cup” texture!  You can get it in the bulk section at many grocery stores like Winco or Broulims or look for it in a health food store like Wealth of Health.

Keep in mind that though these tasty bars are healthier than the alternative, they still contain a decent dose of natural sweetener.  Sugar is sugar at the end of the day so try not to devour the entire pan in one setting justifying to yourself that they’re “healthy”.  Otherwise…..enjoy!  You’ll love them!  Click on the link below for the recipe!
