Katie Nickerson

Katie is a wife and a mother of 2 beautiful kids. She loves traveling and spending time outdoors camping, hiking, riding horses and dirt bikes, wake boarding and scuba diving. Katie has led an active lifestyle since the day she was born.  She grew up in dance and gymnastics as a child which grew into a love for fitness of any kind.  She was always the “Tough girl” in school, not because of her personality but because she would arm wrestle the boys on the school bus.. (and beat them) and was proud of the fact that she could buck hay bails right along side her dad and brother on the farm.   Helping people better themselves physically and mentally and discover a healthy lifestyle fills her heart with joy. She loves her Bcome FITness Family!

Lindsay Stephenson

Living a healthy and active lifestyle has always been apart of Lindsays’ life. She loves playing sports, dancing, hunting, outdoors and just enjoying life. She stays active by also training for and running Obstacle Course Races with her hubby!  She is passionate about health, wellness and happiness and enjoys seeing others create healthy habits and watching their bodies change.
Lindsay has been an instructor at Bcome FITness since 2013 and has loved every minute! She teaches a variety of classes and is grateful for Bcome FITness and the family feel here. “You will truly feel like you are apart of a family; a team. We are all in this together”!!

Nicole Carlson

Nicole is a wife and mother to 4 amazing children.  She first joined our Bcome Fitness team in 2013. She enjoys spending time with her family camping, mountain biking, reading, and finding ways to challenge herself physically. She grew up in this area dancing and has taught and performed on multiple dance teams. She later completed a B.S. in Health Science and Dance at BYU-I in 2005 and expanded her love of fitness to helping and encouraging others to be active and feel good about themselves through exercise. She believes that fitness is a lifestyle that can help people live happier lives.  She enjoys the social aspect of exercise and the friendships and “family” she has at Bcome Fitness.

Liz Simmons

-AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor

-Certified in CPR/AED & First-Aid

Liz has had a love for group fitness, dance, and hip-hop music all her life! She began teaching in 2006 and became an AFAA certified instructor in 2007. She has a passion for whole foods, running, step, kickboxing and of course her husband and five crazy babies and life in general.  She is extremely excited to be back at what she loves and we are thrilled to have her as a part of our team and our Bcome Fitness family.  

 

Angie Mikesell

Angie Mikesell has always had a great love of fitness and being active. She has been an avid runner for 18 years and is driven by the feeling of accomplishment that comes from crossing a finish line. Whether it’s a marathon, triathlon, or team relay, the feeling is the same. But it’s not all about running. Angie believes that to be truly fit it takes a variety of exercises and cross training and loves all the different classes and training options that are offered at Bcome Fitness. She is excited to take part in bringing fitness and strength to our community. She is a wife of an amazing husband and a mother of 4 awesome kids and enjoys reading, sewing, playing guitar, singing, being in the outdoors, and dating her husband.
