“So I just had to share what an incredible experience I have had at Bcome Fitness Studio. I first started attending Bcome a little over a year ago. I still had some baby weight to lose and I was completely out of shape. I started Group Training with Katie and it was exactly what I needed to get my butt in gear! After I took a session of Group Training I started to come to their regular morning classes. I have completely fallen in love with the class setting of working out. All of the instructors are real down to earth women who want you to reach your goals just as much as you do. Even though you are in a group setting, they still treat you as an individual. They push you just enough to make sure that you are getting the best workout possible and then they also provide modifications to make the workouts more or less intense, based on your current fitness level. They not only care about you, but ask about your family as well. The instructors and the women I workout with on a daily basis are like a second family to me. Everyone truly cares about one another and I have been so blessed by attending this studio. I have lost all of my baby weight and I am literally in the best shape of my life!   “I have always made working out a part of my life in some fashion and I typically have worked out at home. Last May, one of my good friends asked me if I wanted to go to a group training class at Bcome Fitness. I said sure and I’ve been hooked ever since.  I started with the group training class, and my instructor really took the time to demonstrate proper form and modifications based on my individual fitness level and honestly designs the most fun and creative classes I’ve ever been too. I’ve been exposed to new equipment and techniques along with an instructor who guides you through to constantly challenge and improve your strength and stamina. It’s an amazing feeling to see not only my physical changes but also realize that in May I had to modify most of the core strength exercises because I personally was not strong enough to do them and now I can do them!”
